House of Heras is committed to providing you with the highest quality products that will delight you from the day you purchase them until long after.
Change of Mind
If you have a change of mind, please contact us at hello@houseofheras.com within seven (7) days of receiving your House of Heras goods and we’ll be happy to offer you either a replacement product (subject to availability) or a credit note for our online store.
The process for exchanging will be provided by email however it’s important to note that:
- Returned products must be returned in original condition including labels;
- You will be required to pay for return postage (we recommend tracked postage);
- House of Heras will be unable to provide an exchange or credit note until the goods have been received at our offices and inspected.
Please note that refunds are not available for change of mind.
Product Faults
If you believe you have received a faulty product please contact us at hello@houseofheras.com within seven (7) days of receiving letting us know the issue and preferably with an image of the fault.
House of Heras will exchange (subject to availability) or issue a refund for faulty goods. Our team will provide you shipping details and, once the faulty good has been received back at our office and the fault confirmed, will process the exchange or refund immediately.
NB: As House of Heras goods are hand made, the colour and placement of prints on the goods you receive may differ slightly to that shown on the online store. These variations are not considered faults.
